Towing at night, 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. surcharge 200 CZK per trip.
Towing on public holidays 50% surcharge to the basic price (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted).
Insurance
All vehicles transported are insured against damage at Česká Pojišťovna (Czech insurance company).
All vehicles transported and vehicle crews are under legal protection of DAS insurance company.

Car rental, replacement vehicles
Unpleasant situation, you're going to an important meeting or you're going on vacation and the car will all of a sudden stop. The solution might be our replacement vehicle. We will come for your broken-down vehicle and we will also deliver a replacement vehicle for you, so you you can continue in your journey without a delay.
This service in not a VIP service anymore. Nowadays it is a standard service that will not cost you a much.
Car rental prizes starts at 500 CZK per day with unlimited mileage. Vehicles are insured for accidents and against theft and vandalism, so your ride is as effortless as possible. All of our rental vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
In case of failure of your car, our towing vehicle with a replacement car will be there for you within 45 minutes after you call our nonstop hotline +420 777 155 150 or +420 777 156 150.
Two or more passengers? No problem. Our town truck will deliver a replacement vehicle with a full tank. We will load your vehicle and you can drive home in a replacement car following our tow truck. In this case, you pay for the rental vehicle just for the fuel for a day.
Rescue vehicles from underground garages
Sometimes it just happens. Your reliable car chooses its weak moment in the most inappropriate place. You drive to the underground or above-ground garage, go shopping with family or to the movies, then go back and suddenly find that car keys are lost or that you simply will not start the car. And what should you do?
We know how to rescue the vehicle from these places.
Locked steering wheel, transmission gear or handbrake and all this in a locked car is indeed very precarious thing. But we can get your vehicle out from these places without anyone having to break into it.
